Is my data safe?

Carbonmade shouldn’t be used as a backup service; however, we do perform system-wide backups each night and can recover your work incase of an emergency. You should still back up all of your work offline on a CD or DVD. Keep in mind that we do use state-of-the-art hardware and maintain at least a 99% uptime, so you can rest assured that everything will be safe with us.
